Shipping & Returns
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. E-mail confirmation will be sent to recipient once the order has been shipped with tracking confirmation information provided. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
USPS First Class Shipping
3-5 Business days following the orders fulfillment date. 

Vi Ling Designs, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays by the carrier service, missing or stolen packages. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
USPS First Class International Shipping – rates are determined by country.
2-3 weeks following the orders fulfillment date.

POSSIBLE DELAYS
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, there may be subject to customs/duties clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimated time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
All orders shipped internationally may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees. Vi Ling Designs, LLC is not associated with these fees. If there are any questions about customs charges, please contact your local customs office. 

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Doesn't fit? We allow 30 days for exchanges only.
Custom orders are FINAL SALE.
As some people may have an allergic reaction to certain materials, please be certain and read all product descriptions carefully before purchase. Vi Ling Designs, LLC is not liable for allergic reactions. 

Vi Ling jewelry has been created with the utmost love and care. Jewelry Care cards are provided with every order to help prolong the life of each piece. We are not responsible for jewelry that has natural wear and tear over time. Please inquire about repair fees. We do not offer free replacement items.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all products once they are received.

EXCHANGE PROCESS
For an exchange, please contact us via email link to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: Hi@vilingdesigns.com 
Your order will not be processed without an RMA. Please include the original receipt within the package with the RMA # and exchange information. If we haven’t received your return 14 days from the request date, your RMA will NO longer be valid or accepted (NO EXCEPTIONS). Items returned must be in the same quality as they were when sent to you.

*Due to the nature of metals that may tarnish over time, we are not responsible for the exchanges or returns of those items. Jewelry care is purchasable on the Accessories Page.

RETURN SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for shipping costs. To prevent lost packages, purchasing additional tracking information is suggested. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undeliverable returned packages. Items are delicate and must be packaged in the original box to ensure it will not have any damages during transit. 

All sales are final for SALE ITEMS, INTERNATIONAL & CUSTOM orders.
