    Items that are available and ready to be shipped will be processed within 1-3 business days. E-mail confirmation will be sent to recipient once the order has been shipped with tracking confirmation information provided.

    3-5 Business days following the orders fulfillment date. 

    Vi Ling Designs, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays by the carrier service, missing or stolen packages. 

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    USPS First Class International Shipping – rates are determined by country.
    2-3 weeks following the orders fulfillment date.

    POSSIBLE DELAYS
    When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, there may be subject to customs and or duties clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimated time.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
    All orders shipped internationally may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees. Vi Ling Designs, LLC is not associated with these fees. If there are any questions about customs charges, please contact your local customs office.

    Repairs will subject to cost according to the work requested. 
    As some people may have an allergic reaction to certain materials, please be certain and read all product descriptions carefully before purchase. Vi Ling Designs, LLC is not liable for allergic reactions to metals. 

    Vi Ling jewelry has been created with the utmost love and care. Jewelry Care cards are provided with every order to help prolong the life of each piece. We are not responsible for jewelry that has natural wear and tear over time. Please inquire about repair fees. We do not offer free replacement items.

    It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all products once they are received.

    EXCHANGE PROCESS

    Please include the original receipt within the package and any not of exchange information. If we haven’t received your return 14 days from the request date, your exchange will NO longer be valid or accepted. Items returned must be in the same quality as they were when sent to you.

    *Due to the nature of metals that may tarnish over time, we are not responsible for the exchanges or returns of those items. Jewelry care products are available for purchase on the Accessories Page.
    RETURN SHIPPING
    The customer is responsible for shipping costs. To prevent lost packages, purchasing additional tracking information is highly suggested. Vi Ling Designs, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or undeliverable returned packages. Items that are delicate and must be packaged in the original box to ensure it will not have any damages during transit. 
    Custom Orders
    Vi Ling Designs, LLC provides an order detail and sketches before the final approval by the client. 
    As the design and details has been approved by both Vi Ling Designs and the client, a deposit is required by the client to proceed with the production.
    Custom orders will not be made without a deposit. 
    As custom jewelry are complete, the remaining amount must be paid in full. All custom orders including fine jewelry are FINAL SALE.
    Further adjustments and or repairs will subject to cost according to the work requested for all custom jewelry pieces. 
    Vi Ling Designs is not responsible for surface abrasions or future modifications due to natural wear and tear.

    All sale items purchased at an additional sale-on-sale discount, international orders, custom designs and or is marked "Final Sale” are yours to keep! These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Store jewelry away from heat and sunlight
    Never use harsh chemicals or products to clean the jewelry or
    to wear while handling chemicals
    Jewelry polishing cloth, mild soapy and warm water recommended for cleaning.
    Chlorine can be harsh and strip away gold alloy, we highly recommend not to wear your jewelry when swimming in chlorine pools.
